Who is responsible

Roberto Ramírez, as owner of RR Digital Studio, based in Mexico City, Mexico, is responsible for the personal data you send us. You can reach us at robertoramirez.tumarca@gmail.com.

What we collect

Through the contact form we collect your name, company (optional), email address, the service you are interested in, an estimated budget and your project description. We do not ask for sensitive personal data.

How we use it

We use your data only to reply to your message, understand your project and, if you ask for one, prepare a proposal. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it.

Who we share it with

To deliver your message we rely on providers acting as data processors: Cloudflare (site hosting and spam protection) and Resend (sending the email that carries your message). They process the data only to provide their service.

We make no other transfers of your data, except where required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep your message for as long as we are discussing your project and, if we work together, for the length of that engagement and any period required by law. After that we delete it.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or withdraw your consent by writing to robertoramirez.tumarca@gmail.com. Include your name, the right you want to exercise and how we should reply. We will respond within the time limits set by Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

This site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. If you complete the form’s security check, Cloudflare may use technical data from your browser solely to tell people from bots.
